Evaluation of Ovarian Reserve, Aging and Fertility Preservation in Women With Sickle Cell Disease
In this clinical research study, we aim to understand more about fertility in women with sickle cell disease (SCD). Little data exists on how the disease process may affect ovarian function. This study aims to learn more about how SCD and its treatments affect female fertility and reproduction. We want to evaluate fertility over time and optimize fertility preservation options in women affected by SCD.
Who Is Eligible to Participate?
• Females between ages 18-42.
• Diagnosed with SCD or Sickle Cell Trait.
